What is Homes for Heroes?

Homes for Heroes is a community-minded company that works with local affiliates across the country to provide real estate rebates and discounts for Heroes who are buying or selling a home.  On a $200,000 transaction, these savings average between $1500 and $2000.  On a higher transaction price, the savings are even greater.  As a local affiliate for Vancouver, it's my way of saying "thanks" to the men and women that serve our community.

What are the Savings?

On a purchase or sale, I give 25% of my total commission back to the Hero as a credit toward their closing costs.  There are also incentives provided through our lending affiliate, Director's Mortgage.

Who qualifies as a Hero?

• Military Personnel (past and present)
• Police Officers
• Fire Fighters
• Medical Personnel (doctors, nurses, paramedics)
• Teachers
